This form is for campus events and is should only be used if there is no other way to add your event to the website.

• College Offices, Departments, and Programs: Work with a website editor in your group, or request editor access, to add the event to your group, set it Live, then share to the For Beloiters group.
• College Programs without a website group or site: Consider consulting with web staff about the creation of a group for your program or to identify an existing group to work with. If neither of those options are feasible, then please complete this form.
• Students: Work with your advisor, a relevant department, or SEAL to have your event added to the website for you. If those options are not available, then please complete this form.
• Others: This form is only for campus events. Any submissions not related to college business will not be published.
